We all would have loved some training from industry veterons regarding how to deal with situations and manage Guests .
This can also be as simple as tray carrying or just creating a script for you staff to know when greeting a guest.
Guests will aways come back after great service.

    Staff training

Training staff on how to make a drink once is easy. Getting your staff member to replicate this over and over is key.

We at The Gallery want our guests to have the same drink if they come in at 6pm on a Thursday as they would at 10pm on a busy Saturday.
Keeping stations clean and tidy is a great way to start as consistently is the key to progress.
